On November 2, 2023, Ambassador Zhao Weiping paid a courtesy call on Hon. Dr. Peya Mushelenga, Minister of Information & Communication Technologies of the Republic of Namibia. The two sides agreed to strengthen the working relations between the Chinese Embassy in Namibia and the Ministry of Information & Communication Technologies and actively promote the exchanges and cooperation between China and Namibia in information and communication.
