A six-member delegation led by Mr. Luan Guoliang, Chairman of the People’s Congress of Minhang District of Shanghai,China visited the City of Windhoek on 30 August 2011. During the visit, the delegation paid a courtesy call upon Hon. Elaine Trepper, Mayor of the City of Windhoek and donated two laptops that can access Shanghai Online Library to the Greenwell Matongo Library in Katutura, Windhoek.
