To assist both current and former Namibian students in China with the inquiry and authentication of their academic qualifications and degrees, we provide the following guide for China Higher Education Student Information (CHSI) Website. CHSI website provides authoritative and convenient online verification reports, including: "Online Verification Report of Student Record", "Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate" and "Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree Certificate". Students can print the report online, download the report in PDF format and send the report to a designated email address in html format (with attached PDF report).

1. How to register:

1) Enter CHSI website (https://www.chsi.com.cn/) and click on the “register” option at the top right corner. Do not select "Simplified Registration". If you do not have a Chinese Mainland Number, you can register via the following link (https://account.chsi.com.cn/account/reg/preintregister.action?from=email-share).

2) Fill in the information. Please use the name and passport number you used during your time at the university to register for the CHSI account, ensuring that the registered name matches the online verification reports.

3) Choose a method to complete identity verification.

4) To change your registered name, go to the “Account management” page, and click on the “Edit” button next to the “Name” tab. After changing your personal information, you must log out of your account, and clear the browser’s cache before logging back into the system.

2. How to apply:

1) Log in to CHSI Archive (https://my.chsi.com.cn/archive/index.jsp) with your CHSI account.

2) After successful login, please click the “Online Verification Report” in the top menu to apply for the Chinese version of the Online Verification Report of Student Record, Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate and Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree Certificate. For the English version of the online verification reports, please click “Report Delivery” - “English Translation”in the top menu to apply. It usually takes 1-2 working day(s) when it comes to manual check during applying for the English version of the online verification reports.
