一、签证（VISA）费：
为便利中外人员往来，自2023年12月11日至2024年12月31日，驻纳米比亚使馆对赴华签证规费进行调减（不含加急费）。调减后的签证规费表如下：

对2023年12月11日前已受理的签证申请，按原标准收费。Visa applications accepted before December 11, 2023 will be charged at the original rate.
签证加急费 350纳元，加急办理（3个工作日取pick up on 3rd working day），特急费 500纳元，特急办理（1-2个工作日取pick up on 1st and 2nd working day）
Express Fee of Visa: N$350，Extra Urgent Fee of Visa: N$500
二、护照（Passport）和旅行证（Travel Document）费：
普通护照(Ordinary Passport，无急件服务No Express Service)：250纳元/本（N$250 per copy）
旅行证 （Travel Document）：250纳元/本（N$250 per copy）
旅行证加急费 （Express Fee of Travel Document, 3个工作日取pick up on 3rd working day）：350纳元（N$350）
旅行证特急费（Extra Urgent Fee of Travel Document, 1-2个工作日取pick up on 1st and 2nd working day）：500纳元（N$500）
三、公证费（Notarization Fee）：
民事类（Civil Affairs) 300纳元/份正本 ( N$300 for original copy）, 100纳元/份副本 ( N$100 for duplicate copy）
商事类(Commercial Affairs) 600纳元/份正本 ( N$600 for original copy）, 100纳元/份副本 ( N$100 for duplicate copy）
加急办理（3个工作日取pick up on 3rd working day），加急费 （Express Fee of Notarization）：350纳元（N$350）
特急办理（1-2个工作日取pick up on 1st and 2nd working day），特急费（Extra Urgent Fee of Notarization）：500纳元/份（N$500）
